The 8th grade A team would take the field for the last time as a Junior High football player looking to finish the season undefeated! The Panthers would start the night of slow and face a 8-6 deficit at halftime. The panthers had never trailed in a game the entire season. The Panthers would receive the ball after halftime and drive the ball down the field for a touchdown behind some great blocking up front and some shifty running by Mason Goudeau. Austin Walker would punch the ball in from the goal line. The panthers would take the lead 14-8. On Mauriceville's next offensive possession Johnny Harris-Hines would intercept a pass and take it to the house putting the panthers up for good. Your Liberty Panthers would go on to win 36-8 and complete a UNDEFEATED season becoming the first Undefeated district champions in liberty middle school in over 17 years. The players of the game goes to the entire 8th grade A football team for a Outstanding Championship season!!

Please when you see these boys congratulate them on a job well done!
